American Life in Poetry is a series of articles written by the current Poet Laureate, Ted Kooser, and produced to help introduce people to contemporary poets and poetry. It is provided free to newspapers or magazines who register at the Website. Having discovered the opportunity after it had been running for some time, the editors of Poetry Renewal have started the series in progress. For those wishing to see previous issues, the ALP Project maintains an archive.
