Diminishing Verse

Structure, Rhyme Scheme Requirement, Other Requirement

Letters or sounds are deleted from the beginning of the last word in successive lines of each verse. So, the last words might be agrieve, greave, reave, and eave.

Each new verse starts a new rhyming cycle. The number of lines in a verse is up to the poet.
