Description: 

(EN-glin PEN-vir) Syllabic stanzaic form with syllable counts: 10, 7, and 7. All three lines have the main rhyme. In the first line, the main rhyme can come in the seventh through ninth syllables and the remaining syllables. The beginning syllables of the second line either rhyme or consonate with the end of the first. According to another source, it is even tighter where the fourth syllable of the second line consonates with the tenth of the first line.
