Description: 

This form has four requirements.

  1. It is iambic.
  2. The schema is:

    xxxxxa
    xxxxxbxxxxxb
    xxxxxa
  3. There must be an unusual image or turn of phrase.
  4. It must have a soft feel to it.
There is also a multi-stanza form called the soft-songed triplet.
