Get in your car and take a drive. Get ideas from what you see. This is even better if you can go out and brainstorm ideas with a friend. Both people brainstorm ideas based on things they see, while one drives and the other writes the ideas. This can be done with a tape recorder to catch the ideas, too, but road noise can get in the way. Needless to say, if you are going to really brainstorm poetry ideas on a long journey, you may want a good database to keep track of the ideas and the poems that come out of the trip.
