Write a vocabulary stretch poem.

Find a word or set of words that are new to you and write a poem based on these words. In some ways this is like the open a book method, but more of a stretch for you. The idea is to go out of your way to learn a new word(s) and incorporate it into a poem. Not only does it give you a poem, but it also helps expand your vocabulary.

It's very important to continue learning all your life, and finding ways to make learning fun, and a challenge that gives rewards will give incentive to keep up with it.
