Found Poem


Generative Method


A found poem is composed of text that was not intended as a poem by the original writer/speaker. A great example is the journalist who took various phrases and snippets of Secretary od Defense Donald Rumsfeld’s briefings and found haiku and other forms of poetry in the words uttered.
